A large majority of the managerial and organizational decisions that are made are based on intuition or unsupervised methods. Today, intense studies are researching the field to examine the “correct” way to make decisions and to clarify the mechanisms that affect us during the decision making process. “The decision making process” workshop will provide participants with a professional and effective toolbox for making rational and focused decisions, while assessing the participant’s personal decision making style. The workshop is experiential and includes questionnaires, assignments and group exercises.
