“Styles of Communication” is an approach in interpersonal communication that divides the human species into 4 types of communication styles and into 16 secondary types of communication styles, among them: “The Analytical type”, “The Social type”, “The Supportive type”, and the “Goal Oriented type”. The workshop will focus on studying this approach and on the practical implications of interpersonal styles of communication, as well as methods for addressing each person according to his/her style of communication.
We will learn how to identify the style of communication of the people standing before us, in order to adjust our style of communication and choose our words more carefully. We will expand our toolbox so that it includes tools for handling objections that may rise, and to increase the conscious and subconscious messages we relay while communicating with the people around us.
